Hello David,

Lie-Nielsen.com is already offering your next dvd for sale - Chisel Techniques for Precision Joinery - it sounds good to me. I can't wait to watch it.

http://www.lie-nielsen.com/catalog.php?grp=1320

Is - taming difficult grain- another dvd altogether?

Regards

Jake,

Thank you for that.

I can confirm that some of the back orders have been sent out and the full stock will be in by the end of next week.

I am delighted with the DVD as it shows several different techniques for the use of chisels, including morticing, horizontal paring and tapping with a steel hammer.

Tenting and tennon shoulders are shown as well as most of the work for a single lap dovetail.

Hello David,

Thanks for the update.

Does your comment below refer to a different DVD than Chisel Techniques for Precision Joinery?

I.E. are there 2 new DVDs.

‘We are filming a DVD on methods of taming difficult grain in Maine,’

And I mustn’t forget to mention, I liked your photo in Classic Hand Tools latest newsletter.

Regards

Jake

Jake,

Thank you.

Sorry for the confusion.

"Chisel Techniques for Precision Joinery" the long overdue companion to "Precision Preparation of Chisels for Accurate Joinery" is the one I was referring to.

In other words chisel use techniques.

I should have stock for sale from my website in a couple of weeks.

David
